The THPRD Board of Directors voted unanimously last night to place a local option levy before district voters at the May 21, 2024, election. The board followed the recommendation coming from the district’s Levy Task Force, which analyzed the district’s operational needs and determined a local option levy was needed to maintain THPRD service levels.

Due to the unprecedented global pandemic and the accompanying closure of programs and facilities, THPRD initially placed 762 part-time and seasonal workers in unscheduled status.
The safety of THPRD guests, staff and community is our top priority and the district is taking appropriate action to limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to this, the registration for Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District’s summer camps, programs, classes and activities has been delayed.
