Create an account and enjoy access to hundreds of classes, camps and other programs for youth and adults.
For you to enjoy any of our hundreds of classes, programs, camps and drop-in activities, we must first create your account in THPRD's registration database.
This is necessary for all in-district and out-of-district participants, and it takes just a few easy steps.
Step 1: Fill out our Registrant Information Form
Pick up this form at any THPRD center, print a copy, or apply online.
Step 2: Visit any THPRD facility (online applicants may proceed to steps 3 and 4)
Visit our administration office, or any park district facility, to complete the application process. Please bring the following:
Your completed Registrant Information Form
Any government-issued photo ID that includes your current address (for example, an Oregon Driver's license, Oregon Identification Card, Consular Identification Card).
If your government-issued photo ID does not include your current address (for example a passport or out-of-state driver’s license) please provide an additional proof of residency such as a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement.
Step 3: Obtain your THPRD Account
If you’re applying in person: Our staff will enter your account information into our database and hand you a temporary card with your THPRD identification number.
If you’re applying online: Your THPRD identification number will be provided when you complete the application.
Once you have your THPRD identification number, you can begin registering for classes!
To register for classes:
• Use your THPRD identification number to login to myTHPRD.
THPRD reserves the right to verify residency at any time; addresses must be verified every five years. Your card's expiration date can be found by logging on to your myTHPRD account. Replacement charge for lost cards is $5.
Step 4: Verify Residency (online applicants only)
If you did not complete this step in person during step 2 above, THPRD must still verify your residency.
Before your first scheduled class or league, or after no more than five drop-in activities, please show any government-issued photo ID that includes your current address (for example, an Oregon Driver's license, Oregon Identification Card, Consular Identification Card).
If you cannot verify your residency, you may opt to pay the out-of-district rate or request a prorated refund for your class.
New! Verify Your Residency Online:
Don't have time to stop by in person? Our Customer Engagement Staff will meet you virtually to verify your account. Guests will be let into the meeting one at a time in the order in which they joined the waiting room. Verification typically takes 1-2 minutes. Your government-issued photo ID that includes your current address will need to be visible, so your camera will need to be on for that portion of the virtual meeting.
To join, please follow the link (to a THPRD Government Zoom hosted meeting) during one of the following times:
If you encounter any issues, please call our Administration Office at 503-645-6433.
Why do we verify your address?
People who own property or reside within THPRD’s boundaries support our services through property taxes, and are eligible for benefits that include early registration and lower program costs.
We will not share your e-mail address; we will only use it to provide you with information about THPRD programs, activities and events. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive this information, you may unsubscribe by following simple instructions at the bottom of each e-newsletter.
