The weight, cardio rooms, and group fitness classes at all our facilities are designed for patrons ages 14 years and up. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and go through a weight room walk through. Please schedule an appointment at your preferred center. Group Fitness classes are allowed for those 14 years and up as well. Check the Activity Guide or your center for youth specific fitness programming.

THPRD wants fitness enthusiasts like you to join our team. Not certified? Some certifications take as little as one day to complete! Apply to be a fitness instructor by clicking here. Work as many or as few hours as you'd like and enjoy employee benefits!
