THPRD is accepting reservations neighborhood parks and picnic shelters. Please visit our Park Rentals webpage for more details.
Whether you are hosting a small corporate gathering, a birthday party or a more formal affair, THPRD can provide the perfect venue.
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited at THPRD sites, unless sold at a THPRD sanctioned event. Violations could result in exclusion. Residents may be granted permit to serve alcohol at private events by completing the form below.
Are you looking to rent a field for a company softball game or a similar event? The Tualatin Hills Athletic Center manages field and court assignments at most district sites. For more information, call the Athletic Center or e-mail the rental request form to sportsrentals@thprd.org.

Filming & Photography
THPRD supports commercial and non-commercial shoots through its Photo Pass and Film Production Permit program. Information about fees and the conditions of use are in the Photo Pass Application and Film Production Permit Application. These documents are included above in the Forms & Documents section. The Photo Pass is intended for commercial vendors taking pictures and/or videos of non-commercial clients. A pass is issued to ONE individual for the express purpose of Still Portrait Photography or Videography in any THPRD park and open space. The pass is valid for one year from the date issued. Please see the application for more information.
The Film Production Permit is for feature film, television, commercial shooting, and/or photography for commercial and nonprofit use. Production companies must apply at least four weeks before their proposed start date. Please see the application for more information.
Jenkins Estate
The Park District provide rental and catering services at Jenkins Estate, THPRD’s 68-acre property on Cooper Mountain.
