Saturday: 8 am - 8 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 8 pm
Patrons are asked to wipe down equipment before and after use. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and healthy.
Equipment
The weight/cardio room attracts a broad base of fitness enthusiasts and the environment is friendly with lots of natural light. We have circuit weight machines, kettlebells, and free weights, including benches, a squat rack, and a cable motion functional trainer. Our cardio equipment includes stationary bikes, treadmills, stair climber, elliptical trainers, a Nu-Step and a rowing machine. Check out our new strength equipment!
Stretching areas also are provided, including Room 201 when available. Enjoy the largest fitness room in the district!
Ages
The fitness area, which includes the weight/cardio room and the fitness classroom, is designed for patrons ages 18 years and up. Minor patrons (14 – 17 y/o) must have a teen waiver on file signed by a parent or guardian. Pick up the waiver form at the fitness or front desk and plan ahead to complete the safety walkthrough with staff.
Middle School Weight Training Classes: Winter Term CO32270 & CO32271
Weight training programs specifically designed for Middle School students aged 11-14 y/o. This group training includes entry into the Conestoga Recreation & Aquatic Center weight room during class time only. Classes run during the school year only on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30-5:30pm.
Navigate Your Weight Room - Winter Term class on 1/25/25 CO32550
Learn machine adjustments, techniques for using equipment with confidence, and receive a basic exercise program during this 1.5 hour session. Small group format with a limit of five participants.
Weight Room Orientation
An introduction to the weight and cardio room to review fitness equipment in our facility. This is a good time for patrons to meet with a personal trainer to learn the benefits of weight and cardio training.

Private appointments with a certified personal trainer to customize your fitness program, offer
accountability and help you reach your goals. Each session is one hour in length.
