The Oregon Chinese Coalition (OCC), in collaboration with THPRD and local music and dance schools, is hosting a vibrant cultural celebration at the Elsie Stuhr Center. This free community event will feature food vendors, activities, and captivating dance, music and martial arts performances for attendees.
