Bronson Creek Park is a five-acre park in the Sunset West neighborhood, south of Hwy. 26 on NW Cornell Rd. near Tanasbourne Town Center (east of NW Evergreen Pkwy. and west of NW 173rd Ave.)
Largely a wetland area with a paved loop trail, Bronson Creek Park serves as a small respite of nature among a rather developed area. Several benches can be found along the trail, and visitors can expect to see a variety of birds.
The park can be accessed by a paved path from Cornell Rd., or by paved trails that stem from nearby sites, including an apartment complex, a church, office buildings and shopping.
The creek for which the park is named flows southwest from its headwaters near Portland’s Forest Park into Beaverton Creek, a tributary of Rock Creek.
