Willow Creek Greenway

Bond-funded restoration work at Willow Creek Greenway is complete.  A separate grant-funded restoration project began at this site September 2016 to further enhance this important natural area and creek corridor.  

Project Summary & Public Benefits

The Natural Resources Department has enhanced this creek corridor through the removal of non-native weeds and replanting with native species. Nearly 5,000 trees, shrubs, and wetland grass plugs were replanted beginning February 2013.
