Construction of this new park and youth athletic field is complete and the park is open to the public. The park is officially named Unity Park, which helps to inspire the coming together of a community, the uniting of people, and the sense that communities are stronger together. The park includes a loop pathway, grass, multi-purpose youth athletic field, open space and areas for picnicking.
Thank you to all our community partners and members who shared input on the park and the new park name.

Project Summary & Public Benefits
When the district was preparing to place the 2008 bond before voters, residents were asked what they most wanted if the measure was passed. Among the many wishes identified, input indicated that athletic fields were needed in each quadrant of the district.
After the bond passed, funds were allocated to develop them. The northwest quadrant field will be located in Aloha, OR near the corner of Alexander Street and 182nd Street adjacent to Living Hope Fellowship. The field will be a natural grass, youth athletic field.
Project Budget
$500,000
