Morrison Woods Natural Area

Restoration work at this site is complete.  Six acres of Morrison Woods Natural Area has been restored to provide vegetated corridor mitigation for for unavoidable impacts to vegetated corridors caused by park and trail developments throughout the District.

The Park District intends to establish a vegetated corridor mitiagtion site at the north end of Morrison Woods Natural Area. This site will provide off-site mitigation for unavoidable impacts to vegetated corridors caused by park and trail developments throughout the District.
