Participants will enjoy Ai Chi moves with Kristi, combining breath with
movement that enhances memory, balance, flexibility, mobility and
coordination. Then participants will float or gently move around in the water
with the support of noodles while sound washes over them with crystal
singing bowls by Julie. Refreshments and mingling to follow.
