Guided Forest Bathing Nature Still Life
Forest Bathing is a research-backed practice that supports wellness, and Discover the beauty in nature’s details through still life art as we sketch
deeper relationships with the natural world. You’ll immerse yourself in the a curated collection of natural objects—like skulls, feathers, flowers, and
forest, slow down, and breathe deep. We’ll explore gentle and meditative more—and drawing creative inspiration from the surrounding scenery of
practices, all while “bathing” in the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of Cooper Mountain Nature Park. All skill levels are welcome. Participants are

Join us for a fun and educational Nature Board Game Night! Our
experienced instructors will guide you through gameplay and strategies
as you compete with fellow nature enthusiasts to build habitats, collect
resources, and explore a variety of captivating board games inspired by the
great outdoors. Drinks will be available for purchase separately. We’ll demo
one game and have others available to borrow. Must be 21+ and bring ID.

This is the perfect time of year to step into the forest to listen for sounds
of courting owls. Join other owl enthusiasts for beer, enjoy a talk and
